A rapidly growing private equity backed software business is looking for a Finance Analyst. The Finance Analyst will work within the FP&A function and will lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles as well as the Board reporting. The Finance Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and will work closely with the CFO as well as a range of other senior stake holders to Board level. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in driving understanding into the underlying key drivers of revenue and costs across a global remit. This individual will build and maintain financial models to enable reporting of key metrics - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and a wide range of other commercial and operational KPIs. This role will provide significant commercial exposure to the business and will take the lead on a number of company wide projects, including potential acquisitions, process improvements and revenue/profit enhancing initiatives. The Finance Analyst should ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience of budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. Any existing exposure to Board reporting would be beneficial as would some exposure to the Technology, Software or other contract revenue based industries.
