Reporting to the Audit Partner you will contribute to the success of the firm by undertaking the following responsibilities; Manage the Audit and Assurance department and lead the Audit function whilst contributing to the firms growth plans Management of the department workflow Work strategically with Audit Partner to drive the growth of the business Take the lead with large and technically complex clients Agree and negotiate client fees Provide support to Audit and Assurance Seniors to ensure they maximise their teams productivity Develop strong external relationships and contribute to the firm's business development plans Drive the department performance whilst adhering to job budget and maximising fee recovery The Candidate; Qualified CA / ACA / ACCA with a minimum 5 years public practice experience Experience of working with the firm's Partners to create annual growth plans Aspirations of becoming partner and a clear vision of personal progression Demonstrable track record of managing a busy Audit and Assurance department The ability to develop a strong external network to contribute to firm growth plans with an important focus on business development The ability to effectively communicate and inspire Audit and Assurance Seniors Strategic management of multiple department workflows As well as an exceptional salary and benefits package you will have the opportunity to contribute and lead success of an already successful operation.
