Compliance Manager Global award-winning Asset Management firm is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in client activity. Our client, based in their London office is looking to add a Compliance Manager due to an internal promotion. Compliance Manager: Provision of accurate and timely advice to the UK Regulated Entities. Interpret Rules and Regulations impacting on the business and to provide appropriate information, advice and training to the business to enable managers to establish compliant procedures. Identify new areas of emerging regulation and be able to communicate them to key business stakeholders. Assist in the provision of management information to governance committees and senior management. Assist with the provision of information to clients and / or regulators. Assist with regulatory investigations. Assist with the development of robust processes and procedures. Advise the CF10a and Deputy CF10a with regards to CASS regulatory developments, processes and procedures. Build a close working relationship with Compliance colleagues in various global locations.
