Commercial Finance Analyst We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a globally recognised FMCG company based in Reading. As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in providing commercial planning, forecasting and budgeting insight to the Finance function and Operations Director. Duties of the management accountant include: Take ownership of the month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting process for UK Companies and others as needed Provide timely and accurate information for management reporting to generate insightful business analysis Setting up and monitoring of financial KPIs for business and also KPIs for subordinate employees' performance Develop and maintain processes for accumulating market information to feed into modelling and analysis Gain a thorough understanding of the business in order to make recommendations across the different commercial areas Requirements for the role include: Must be ACA newly qualified (or finalist) Degree educated (preferably a 2:1), with strong academic history Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced Excel skills, e.g. comfortable with Pivots and V-Lookups & accounting
