£47,000 per annum, pro rata Company A private equity backed, fast growing business based in Bristol is looking for an experienced FP&A Accountant for an initial 5 month fixed-term contact. Role Working alongside the FP&A Finance Manager you will lead the Group Budget process. Specific responsibilities include: Multiple detailed review and challenge of Budgets Ensuring models reconcile to reported group actuals, and updated during the process as new actuals are delivered Ensuring all consolidation reports and overview documents are completed and available for review by the CFO and Group Financial Planning Manager Implement the necessary education and training during the budget process for the budget holders. Clear presentation of risks and opportunities Ensuring process delivers an efficient process and a high degree of accuracy Delivering a Budget which has an acceptable balance of risks and opportunities and is acceptable to shareholders About You A fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) finance professional with demonstrable experience within a similar role, you will be motivated and have the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast pace environment. You will possess strong communication skills to provide clear and appropriate messages across a wide spectrum of stakeholders to ensure key objectives are delivered. This is a challenging role that will have a major impact on the wider business.
