Credit Controller - based Windsor, Berkshire £22,000 plus benefits The company My client is a long-established Legal services company in Central Windsor, currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The role Credit Control, Credit Analysis & cash posting Obtaining payment from debtors Resolving queries Sales Ledger account reconciliations and associated commentary forecasting Ensuring monthly processing deadlines are met as required Sending out monthly client statements Reporting overdue or doubtful debtors to Credit Manager Customer account maintenance What you'll need to be successful To be successful you will need to be a confident communicator who has 1 years experience in Credit Control and Collections. Confident, versatile telephone manner and fearless in collections Outgoing, engaging personality and the ability to work with a diverse portfolio of debtors Pro-active approach to collections and developing rapport with debtors Team Player who is happy to work within a Team and add value during busy periods Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong Excel skills - ledger production, statement production and ad-hoc reporting What you'll receive in return Full training on their systems and services will be provided and the progression opportunities within this firm are unlimited.
