Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, the main responsibilities of the role are as follows:-Provide an excellent business partnering service across the organisation at both director and senior management level.-Deliver key insights into the performance of the organisation to your stakeholders, upskilling the budget holders where necessary.-Add to the commercially focussed mindset in the organisation, driving down costs and striving to increase income.-Take a leading role in the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, regularly analysing financial performance.The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant who has a highly commercial mindset, whether this is through the commercial sector or a not for profit organisation that has a strong focus on driving incomes. You will be comfortable working in a high-paced environment and must have experience of business partnering in an revenue generating setting.
