Executive Talent Solutions are working with a market leading IT Services Group to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant for a 6 month contract. The role will be based in their stunning central London office. Key

responsibilities:
Prime responsibility of the delivery of the statutory audits through to sign off of the financial statements, including liaison with the external tax advisers for the corporation tax computations. Preparation of accounts for the non-UK branches for local tax filing. Document processes and checklist for all of the branches reporting obligations. Deep dive of the Procure to Pay (PTP) processes and make recommendations for improvements in readiness for an automated PTPworkflow. Review of the Group (Diva) reporting processes and ensure adequate and streamlined processes are in place in readiness of a legal entities integration project. Review and document the revenue recognition processes, policies and controls, including contract assets and liabilities in accordance with IFRS 15. Oversee the Balance sheet control accounts alignment and merger following the legal entities integration. Candidates should be qualified with strong experience in managing audits, financial reporting and establishing controls and processes.
