Salary:
£23k to £28k pa, dependent upon skills and experience Hours: Full time. 35 hour week, working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Within Chasebridge Wealth Management Ltd, a Senior Partner Practice of the St. James's Place Partnership, part of St. James's Place Wealth Management plc. The Chasebridge Wealth Management Ltd Practice is well established and highly successful. The company provides bespoke financial advice and services to executives, managers, families and entrepreneurs. St. James's Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client case. The Role - Adviser Assistant This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and highly organised professional individual who enjoys using their initiate and who has a 'can do' working style. You will be working as part of a team and directly with Financial Advisors. You will be managing open client files and ensuring the relevant actions are taken to close the files. A client file could include: Collating client information Diary management Organising client reviews Meeting pack preparation including illustrations, meeting debriefs including meeting summaries and relevant client file updates Preparing administration handover to central admin or paraplanning You will be based in a busy office working with internal processing systems, ensuring the end to end Client Servicing Cycle is followed and business generated by the Practice is processed correctly and in a timely manner. You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems, so proficient IT skills are necessary. There is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge. Proven work experience as an Administrator, Assistant or within an office support role. You will need to learn and be comfortable some technical knowledge. You will be tasked with superb levels of support to Clients and the team within the office. You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. Financial Services experience is very useful but not essential. The Person - Adviser Assistant You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised. Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet Good time management and planning skills Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs You will have contact with clients, it is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion. This role might suit a recent Graduate.
