Working closely with the wider business, this team is responsible for providing a range of research led initiatives to drive and inform business development activities. This team is of increasing importance within the organisation having played a key role in the company's growth over the past few years. On the back of this success my client is looking to scale their operations and is looking to hire an experienced consultant to help drive change, develop new systems and harness the power of data and technology. Working closely with the Director of this unit, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to create and shape a range of new systems and processes that will be of significant importance. Other duties will include: - -Working on range of strategic initiatives -Implementation and improvement of current systems -Managing relationships internally and externally -General management of the team Requirements: You will have come from a consulting environment and are likely to have prior experience (Circa 3-5 years) within a range of change and transformation projects Experience using CRM systems and ideally experience of rolling out new systems would be a distinct advantage You will have an entrepreneurial outlook on business as this role requires a real self-starter
