As a Finance apprentice you will support the completion and reporting of the financial result. Whilst governance is an important part of the role of Finance we look beyond the numbers and spreadsheets to make valuable contributions and insight to our customers and partners. Our apprenticeships cater for a variety of different skillsets and interests and you'll receive all the training, support and experiences you will require to set you on your way to a successful career with us. The key skills you will require for this role include: Good interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work in a team Effective personal planning and organisation The know-how to handle varying workloads and pressures Appetite develop your skills and achieve professional qualifications Strong numeracy skills To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous. To be prepared to study towards a qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians alongside your work role. Study support and time out of the office will be given to assist you in your studies A professional attitude with a positive 'can do' approach to your work It's a big challenge, but you'll have a truly diverse network helping you.
