I am excited to be supporting my well known client based in the heart of West Sussex in the recruitment of a highly capable Accounts Assistant to join the current Finance Team. This is a busy department where you need to be able to take ownership of your own responsibilities, be able to work well alone and as part of a team and have a methodical approach to the outlined duties. You will be: - Assisting the Financial Controller and Finance Director as and when required - Preparation and reconciliation of required reports - Employee expenses - Dealing with complex invoices - Payment run preparation - Inputting invoices - Accounts payable - Liaising with suppliers / colleagues - Monthly currency rate This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to excel within an Accounts department.
