My client a boutique legal firm are currently looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role will be 3 constitutive days off. The duties will be below: Posting and obtaining authorizations of supplier invoices. Undertake all relevant filing Obtaining authorizations, processing and posting of all supplier payments. Reconcile supplier statements Resolve queries relating to the above with suppliers Liaising with relevant members of staff where necessary and reporting of the same to the Finance and Administration Manager Posting of company credit card statement and collecting VAT receipts from cardholders Posting of petty cash items Fortnightly and monthly bank reconciliations Ad hoc duties Knowledge, Experience and Education Bookkeeping experience ideally from the chambers environment Sage line 50 experience is ideal Knowledge of MS Office Personable Hard working Team Player
