£17k pa Hours of work: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Duration: Temporary-Permanent Foxes Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for one of the UK's largest sub-contract suppliers of machined and fabricated components. The position is based in the heart of the City centre with easy access to bus routes. As a Payroll & Accounts Assistant you will support both the payroll and accounts functions, including providing a comprehensive accounting service to the office by maintaining an efficient and accurate workload. Job duties will include:
• Processing wages on a weekly / monthly basis
• Holiday calculations, overtime, deductions & amendments, time and attendance
• Starters & Leavers management
• Process Agency timesheets on a weekly basis
• Reconcile and submit pension & Bacs reports for all wages groups
• Managing employees' queries in respect of payroll
• Processing Accident reports (including claims paperwork)
• Assist with reception duties in line with business requirements
• Posting invoices
• Periodic reconciliation
• Filing & General Admin of paperwork
• Assist in preparation of Audit files
• Adhoc tasks as and when needs arise within the company Excellent communication skills are required and you must have an excellent attention to detail.
