My Client, based in Northampton, is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their project team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be working alongside the project team to streamline and improve the Payroll whilst looking into the data to ensure errors are spotted and minimised. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Payroll, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processes are adhered to for payroll. You will liaise very closely with key internal contacts including HR, Finance and Line Managers. Duties will include but are not limited to: - Develop and strengthen payroll processes - Be the main point of contact for all payroll and employee benefit queries - Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and support continuous improvements - Process new starters and leavers - Support with payroll implementations - Ad-hoc tasks to support on-going projects Profile To be considered for this role, you must: - Be immediately available for work - Have previous payroll experience- Essential - Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written- Essential - Have good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office packages- Essential Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
