Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller role for an autonomous subsidiary of a larger group. The Financial Controller will be the number 1 in finance, covering all aspects of day to day finance and ensuring that robust systems and controls are in place and fit for purpose. The Financial Controller will manage a small finance team and work closely with the General Manager and the operational management for the site. You will manage all aspects of Finance, producing timely and accurate accounts for Group Finance, management and financial reporting, controlling costs, pricing, working capital and driving the business agenda. The ideal candidate will be qualified with experience of the manufacturing or supply chain sector. You should have the proven ability to operate at Financial Controller level and experience of developing systems would be advantageous but not essential. The ability to liaise with non finance , operations , sales and general management is important. The package would also include a car or car allowance.
