Your Role The successful Finance Business Partner will be an analyst who engages with internal stakeholders across the organisation and will therefore require excellent communication skills which can be used to demonstrate the commercial value of finance. You will be targeted on driving KPI delivery, organisational growth and profitability through delivery of detailed commercial reporting at the highest level. The key requirements of the role are: Working with the business and other finance teams to deliver improved management reporting, providing more relevant information to help the business make better decisions Leading projects on a structured and ad-hoc basis. Time management and Planning of Project delivery schedule Engagement across the business - Interacting with Board, Line and Teams Responsible for delivering an evolving service, looking at the opportunities for improving the finance partnering model and level of internal customer service Your Profile You will be a highly proactive and inquisitive Finance Business Partner who has a strong grasp of FP&A and how engagement with stakeholders on a face to face basis, and tailoring their findings, increases the effectiveness of their reports.
