PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT - LONDON CITY LAW FIRM Our client - a prestigious City law firm are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their expanding Finance department. Purchase Ledger Assistant This role will require the individual to process high volumes of expenses and invoices for the firm in a timely manner. This will mean liaising with different departments across the firm to ensure all payments are processed effectively and efficiently. Purchase Ledger Assistant Some of the duties involved will include : Liaising with relevant departments for authorisation of invoices and expenses Inputting invoices and expenses onto the Purchase Ledger Processing payments for staff and suppliers on the Purchase Ledger and any other nominal payments by CHAPS/BACS/Cheques etc. Daily filing duties Processing of credit card expenses The successful candidate will have the following experience/skills: Previous experience/use of the Purchase Ledger is essential Experience gained from Legal sector would be beneficial Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage own workload within deadlines Team player, focussed and proactive Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills; written and verbal If you possess the above skills, experience and attributes then apply now without further delay We endeavour to reply to every applicant, however occasionally due to the number of applicants we will only be able to respond personally to successful candidates.
