Ethics & Compliance Director - Berkshire Remuneration: Competitive salary & benefits Our client, a leading Global Healthcare company are seeking strong candidates with solid Compliance experience to join the team at an important time for the business. This is an excellent role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved with key compliance activities with a regional remit. The successful applicant will be responsible for: Providing leadership and counsel to colleagues in UK & Ireland to empower implementation of the governance framework relating to relevant Code(s) of Practice Supporting the Head of Medical Governance with forming a strategic medical governance plan annually, accounting for the external & internal requirements Supporting audits within the Medical Governance arena as required by relevant stakeholders The medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials ensuring compliance with ABPI Code of Practice, statutory and Company requirements Assisting with process definition (and improvement for other processes) which have Code components within them Requirements: Life Sciences degree Solid Compliance experience Good understanding of the UK regulatory environment relating to promotion of pharmaceutical and OTC products Excellent knowledge of the ABPI and related Codes of Practice Some prior leadership experience including project leadership Strong verbal and written communication skills required To apply: Please call Theo Charles at Clinical Professionals on 01189 594 990 or e-mail .
