Our client, a leading Commercial Company based in the Hounslow area are currently recruiting for a German speaking Credit Controller on a permanent basis. In order to apply you will be a native or fluent German speaker with at least 2 years experience preferably gained from a multinational environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling all aspects of the receivables ledger, such as chasing overdue invoices, reconciliation of all open AR accounts, month/quarter end closing, and compliance with company policy for all EMEA entities Sending invoices to customers within 24hrs as directed Contacting customers to secure payment commitments and resolve issues Working with internal and external parties to facilitate the collection of outstanding receivables Uploading customer invoices to systems such as Ariba, Coupa, and others as required Coordinating with Billing staff to prepare credit memos as required Reviewing assigned accounts regularly and ensure cash received is posted accurately via the Banking Team Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual Receivables ledger closes for all EMEA entities Assisting in fulfilling the requirements of all financial audits Person Specification: AAT or Part Qualified preferred German speaker is essential - native or fluent level 2 years Corporate Accounting experience in a multicurrency multi-country environment preferred High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
