FourthLine are exclusively representing an up and coming financial technology provider as they look to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager to their expanding London operation. The company has gone from strength to strength over the past two years offering services such as peer to peer lending, pre-paid card services, currency exchange and much more. They continue to grow across Europe and have plans to offer services in North America. Our client is looking to build on their core compliance team, with this individual taking lead on the implementation and monitoring of all compliance activities. The indviduals key compliance activies will relate to, but are not limited to anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, modern slavery and market abuse. You will need to have knowledge and experience of: Implementing policies and procedures for anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, modern slavery and market abuse. Experienced in working with stakeholders to correctly ammend differences in policies and procedures, preferably with experience working globaly. Extensive knowledge of UK/EEA and/or US banking regulation. Specifically in relation to Anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing anda data breaches. Experienced in testing the Risk and Controls owned by the compliance team. Able to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Logical and analytical approach. Must be hands on and solutions focused. A legal background or experience within is preferable. This is a great time to join the firm as they continue to grow.
