CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a leading SME organisation based near Fareham, Hampshire, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor on a part time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will involve: Entering purchase invoices onto the system Overseeing a team of 2 Purchase Ledger Clerks Managing the invoice authorisation process Conducting weekly payment runs Dealing with all supplier invoice queries Reviewing supplier statements Raising purchase orders Any ad hoc tasks as requested by the manager. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work well under pressure. This is a part-time position for 20-25 hours a week.
