This leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide support and analysis to several of it's divisions. Working alongside the stakeholders of the business units you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring and analysing performance against the plans of the business. Specific duties will include: - Budgeting and forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis - Analysis and explanation of key performance data - Development of reporting packs for senior management - Regular presentations to functional heads across your area of responsibility You will need to be a commercially focused Qualified Accountant with experience in a similar business partnering environment. You should be able to offer outstanding Excel skills, financial modelling expertise and a good working knowledge of ERP systems Furthermore, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage time in a deadline driven environment, while maintaining a calm, diplomatic, people oriented approach to decision making.
