Compliance Coordinator

Bishops Stortford Hours of Work: Part Time (Negotiable)
Salary:
£22k - £23k Pro Rata HRGO are looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator to join our successful organisation and to help improve efficiency and national consistency by controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing and evaluating the business processes and championing continual improvement. The right candidate will be joining a successful organisation who set the bar high to achieve their goals. Working within a team this role will also involve some loan travelling to various HRGO Branches and so flexibility is needed. Duties To assist in the annual audit of all HR GO Recruitment and Driving offices Collate the audit results and be involved in the involvement of action plans To continually monitor the document register ensuring all entries are reviewed at least annually Keep all document used within the organisation up to date Assist in the creation of the business processes Assist in the implementation of any processes required for accreditation's (e.g. ISO9001) Collate multiple sources of data for quarterly overviews and documented Management Reviews Skills Previous experience in either recruitment and or a process driven / compliant industry The ability to work within procedures and set standards The ability to negotiate compromise within set parameters Relationship building (ccolleagues, candidates, clients) The ability to work under pressure and a self motivated Well organised, methodical approach to tasks, ability to priorities demanding workload while paying attention to detail Intermediate IT knowledge
