Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable / Nottingham / £20,000 - £22,000 THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a highly reputable client based in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis. THE ROLE & YOUR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce and check supplier reporting at month end Process expenses Reconcile all supplier statements Manage supplier payments Manage the processing of supplier invoices First point of contact with internal and external queries EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Excellent Knowledge of the purchase ledger Function Good working skills of Microsoft packages particularly Excel with an ability to expand knowledge of this software Sound organisational and administration skills Excellent communication and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels Ability to produce work that is accurate and timely Able to work effectively within a team environment Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
