An experienced Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant is required to join a fantastic company based in Uxbridge. The Business offers a fantastic working environment with an excellent team culture. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant will be responsible for the accurate raising of invoices. Key Duties: Ensuring accurate coding of multi-currency invoices using Workday Raising sales invoices and credit notes Taking ownership of the debtors' schedule with a clear understanding of client payment terms and likely payment dates Taking ownership of the aged debtors' reports Debt recovery: Liaising with clients to resolve payment queries Maintaining the billing schedule including regular updates Supporting the Accounts Receivable Team Leader Liaising internally with Client Relationship teams to solve payment queries and gain a solid understanding of the client Providing any necessary support schedules and reconciliations for month end review Providing support to other Finance Assistants during busy periods and when team members are on annual leave Ad hoc duties as required The ideal candidate would fulfil the following criteria: Have passed either AAT or CIMA certificate levels Have a good all round knowledge of transactional accounting Have experience of working in a busy processing environment Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
