We Offer Currently we are looking for you to be a dedicated, motivated and well organized colleague with proven technical knowledge to apply for a position of Finance Business Partner (Controller) for Divisional Support Units. In this role you will be responsible for: Reporting related to one of SUB Support Units (e.g. Operations, Finance, COO, IT, Marketing). Preparing monthly forecasts and leading calls/meetings with key business leaders and managers. Service cost allocation monitoring, analyze and advice on implications of change. Ownership of budget transfers and expense restatement cases in collaboration with multiple partners and with impact on different cost lines. Monthly and ad-hoc analyses of cost trends and its main drivers. Facilitating budget and financial planning process in close collaboration with the business. Monthly cost and headcount reports as well as maintenance of cost center structure. Support for cost-saving initiatives. Ongoing improvements of existing processes and mitigation of related risks. Collaboration with partners across multiple functions (e.g. business, accounting, HR). Open to discussing flexible/agile working. You Offer You at least have 3 years of experience within banking, finance or accounting sector. You have a University degree in finance, economics or mathematics (as primary or secondary field of studies). You have proven Microsoft Office suite of software skills (demonstrable advanced Excel knowledge and VBA). Your analytical skills and holistic thinking, have a flair for data and figures. You have demonstrated dedication, are service oriented and a reliable personality with a commitment to develop. Fluent in English (oral and written). Very good interpersonal skills including ability to expertly lead business meetings and telephone calls. Ability and eagerness to take leadership of complex tasks or processes requiring coordination of several individuals or functions. High motivation for professional development and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
