Finance Manager

Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 A Finance Manager is required to join a well established, owner managed SME based in the heart of Manchester City Centre on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Director your role is key to ensuring full management accounts are produced, along with the support and supervision of the transactional teams and processes. Responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts within tight deadlines Direct supervision of a team of 2 ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner Present management accounts to the Finance Director, providing explanation and understanding where relevant, on key activities in the month and variances to forecast and prior year performance Produce monthly management pack for the Managing Director on a timely basis Balance sheet reconciliation for key accounts (i.e. accruals, deferred income) Creation and production of budgets - revenue budget & costs Work closely with Finance Director to discuss cash flow projections Have a proactive and commercial approach when suggesting improvements for current processes Support Finance Director as and when required Role requirements: Newly qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Self motivated, with a proactive approach Please apply to this role or send your CV to for immediate consideration.
