The main function of the role is to assist with the day to day requirements of the Finance department, predominantly financial control and FP&A. Key

Responsibilities:
Accounts Preparation: Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Finance Board pack Preparation of monthly Consolidation forms for Group reporting Assist in preparation of the annual Financial Statements and associated audit documentation Assist in the preparation of quarterly regulatory / VAT returns and annual corporation tax returns Support the Finance Manager with internal and external reporting requirements General: Production of daily revenue report Preparation of weekly/monthly Management Information Preparation and oversight of key reconciliations Review of Sales and Purchase ledger transactions Support and provide cover for the accounts payable / receivable function where required Ad Hoc projects Maintain knowledge of accounting policies and regulations Experience / Skills Required: Qualified Accountant or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) on final exams Financial control accounting experience Tax and technical accounting experience Strong excel / modelling skills Analytical / reporting tool (in particular TM1) would be beneficial Great plains and Management reporter experience (Microsoft Dynamics GP) desirable Team player with ability to work in a friendly close-knit environment Assist in the preparation of annual corporation tax returns
