My client is a highly entrepreneurial owner managed business that has demonstrated excellent growth over recent years. As part of this growth they require an experienced Financial Controller to support the GFD. Operating as a number 2 you will take full day to day responsibility for the finance function, leading a small team with a hands on approach. Being a qualified accountant you will be comfortable operating within an Owner Managed business, with an adaptable approach and comfortable working within a changing environment. Whilst being technically strong you will also have a commercial approach, ensuring effective financial controls are in place whilst also having an understanding of the detail behind the numbers. Most importantly you will have experience within long term contracting.
