Oversight Analyst / Business Analyst Job Description Overview of business area and/or project: Operations Control and Oversight team, collating, risk assessing, resolving and reporting all Key risk indicator items, balances and inter-modular processes for Securities, Cash Products and Asset Servicing Business streams Key

Responsibilities:
Extract data and prepare reconciliations and/or reports Risk assess Nostro, depot, fails and Suspense item exceptions Perform daily control checks on new Entity business processes Summarise and report escalation of exceptions Investigate and resolve processing errors Risk Management and Analysis Liaise with Product Control and/or Finance Accounting Perform account ledger entries Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role: To quickly learn and understand the banks process flows Busy periods with tight deadlines especially around month end reporting Essentials Skills and Qualifications: Strong Cash Securities and /or Asset Servicing experience Ability to assess and risk rate exceptions, business flows and a variety of dept communications Understanding of Product Control And Finance accounting Desired Skills and Qualifications: Strong Cash Securities and /or Asset Servicing experience Ability to assess and risk rate exceptions, business flows and a variety of dept communications Understanding of Product Control And Finance accounting Good excel knowledge (includes V look ups and Macros) TO APPLY - PLEASE REPLY WITH AN UP TO DATE CV Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.Please be advised if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.
