Payroll advisor - Temporary (to permanent)

Preston Up to £23,000 8 week contract with possibility of going permanent A very successful business based in the Preston area are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their team. Ideally you will have at least 3 years experience of working in a previous payroll position. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload. Under the supervision of the Payroll Manager your duties will be: Liaising and resolving data input errors with contract managers / administrators. Checking data input to ensure accuracy and limitations fall within the company policies Ensuring the Group payrolls are accurate and paid in a timely manner as per each individual company requirements. Administration of Auto enrolment and other company pensions. Providing of reports for directors Monthly administration of Leavers P45's. Administration of employee deductions and payments /documentation to the relevant bodies, i.e. Child Support Agency, Community Tax, etc. Processing a weekly payroll.
