Boutique ' Corporate Financier are seeking an experienced TMT Corporate Finance manager in London Your main Duties will include: Managing clients and delivering of M&A transactions. Leading and managing the delivery of marketing documentation including pitch materials and client proposals Directing and managing junior colleagues, analysts and support staff on M&A transactions Proactively assisting business development efforts including pitching for new work Building & maintaining client relationships with both corporate and financial institutions Experience & Skills Required Ideal Candidates will come from a 'Big 4' Background Preparing high quality pitch materials and proposals including sector mapping, market analysis and target client positioning, Strong Transaction exposure Be currently engaged in Technology and Media sectors or have built and or building a network Strong academic background Commitment to high quality standards & a detail oriented approach Personal drive and integrity to deliver results within tight deadlines Personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with colleagues and clients alike This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront and get involved with a variety of complex and exciting TMT Transactions.
