Then please, apply now Driver Trainer & Compliance Officer Job Duties: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer and Compliance officer. It is your role as to ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. Induct all new employees into the business, including driving assessments and complete all essential continuous professional development training for up to 120 employees, with a strong focus on drivers and telematics. Other key duties: Communicate effectively with the Compliance manager of the group Maintain and develop effective transport compliance policies and procedures Review and implement all training requirements, operational staff and drivers Manage Driver Infringement Complete CPC training for drivers, training will be given Key Driver Trainer/Compliance Officer Requirements: Comprehensive understanding of transport, drivers and plant operation legislation, transport related COSHH and Health & Safety requirements. Knowledge and experience with telematic software and instructing users. Experience writing risk assessments and completing CPC training for drivers. FORS experience or a Class 1 instructors licence are beneficial.

Salary:
