Financial Controller required for a World Leading multi-site consumer business based in Hatfield offering an exceptional Career path and benefits package. Whilst reporting into the Financial Director and developing a team your key accountabilities and remit will be: Producing accurate and timely financial reports in line with group control, ensuring that Financial Control is consistent across several business units, oversight of cost control for the business units, working with Operational, Commercial Finance and regional finance teams to give commercial insight and assist in future planning, coaching and development of a team of qualified Accountants, playing a lead role in improving control and process across the group on a global scale. You will be a technically strong qualified accountant with experience introducing and managing financial control related projects within a large and complex business. Ideally you will have a practice background and several years post qualified experience within a large or listed business. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to run with projects across multiple stake holders is essential.
