Bruckshaw Associates are recruiting an experienced Finance Analyst to join the Finance team of one of Cheltenham's most well-known companies. Utilising your strong excel skills and experience in a similar role you will be responsible for assisting with the reporting and analysis for stakeholders to ensure company objectives are being met.
Responsibilities:
In a busy hands on role you will responsible for performing financial forecasting and reporting, identify and drive process improvements within reports, tools and Excel. Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and provide solutions/create actions for these trends. Reporting back on data analysis and comparative analysis to the wider team and come up with actions in accordance to this analysis. Experience: On a technical side it is vital that you have: - Intermediary to advanced excel skills and have used, pivot tables, formulae (IF Statements, V-Look up, Sum If), creating basic macros. Analytical skills, have experience of forecasting and projection and budget variance analysis. Team fit/Aptitude: You will need to be driven with the ability to work well on your own, completer finisher approach and work to strict deadlines. Strong problem solver, be able to streamline processes and procedure, ability to prioritise your workload and have a keen eye for detail. A social and welcoming team you will need to be able to work well as part of a wider team and be able to relay back information to both finance and non-finance staff.
