Based in West London, our client are a respected NHS Trust and want to stay that way, by introducing you - Finance Business Partner to work with them. If you can demonstrate solid experience of finance leadership in a complex organisation and expertise of financial modelling and translating complex data from various systems into clear and comprehensive financial model, your successful application will be rewarded by joining a can-do company. Start Date: ASAP NHS Band: 8d (up to £400 per day) Our client are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide expert accounting and business knowledge, analytical support and clear presentation of financial and business information to clinical and non-clinical colleagues, as well as provide financial leadership to the Corporate Directors.

Responsibilities:
- To constructively and positively challenge all aspects of Division financial and business performance - To be accountable to the Associate Director - Business Partnering adherence to Trust financial policies and procedures, statutory requirements and requirements from Department of Health and NHSI - To actively contribute to the Trust's financial management training programme for non-finance staff including the design of training material and facilitation and presentation at training events - To lead the business planning process for the Corporate Divisions ensuring income and expenditure plans are robust and deliverable with appropriate stretch and challenge, and that assumptions are consistent with Trust business planning approach and financial targets - Lead the monthly financial reporting and forecasting process for the Corporate Divisions to produce the monthly reports showing financial performance, ensuring appropriate accounting applied and that the analysis of income, activity, expenditure, CIP performance enable all budget holders to understand their position. Ensure all risks and opportunities are flagged - Lead the financial management process and budgetary control process for the Corporate Divisions and ensure there is appropriate financial governance, including financial controls, reports and systems in place - Provide leadership and line management to a team of around 2-3 staff.
