I have been retained by my client to assist in the recruitment of a Finance Manager within the organisation on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for: Leading a team of 3 including payroll and financial accounting Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders within various teams across the organisation Supporting other areas of the business in order to ensure they are operating effectively and provide them with reporting and forecasting in line with this Ensure robust financial control across the organisation. In order to be successful it is essential to have the following: Strong people management experience An accounting qualification or be qualified by experience Liaising with non-finance professionals on a daily basis A proven ability to influence decision making Ability to working under pressure and to tight deadlines A strong background of managing multiple complex projects. In return you will receive a basic salary of £34,000-£40,000 in addition to a competitive benefits package and the ability to play a key part in the continued success of the organisation.
