Finance Manager (part-time) | Fast-Growth Architecture Practice | London Harmonic are delighted to be working with a world-renowned design studio in their search for a Finance Manager to take responsibility for the full finance function. With offices in several locations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with multiple entities and gain valuable experience in a scaling business. The company itself is expanding rapidly and has gained recognition worldwide due to some impressive projects with hotels, luxury residences and commercial projects. Despite this, they have maintained their fun company culture which encourages collaboration and creativity. There are also excellent training and coaching opportunities allowing for further personal career development. The role itself will be working alongside the Finance Director to manage the full day-to-day finance function. With the added benefit of flexible working which would be ideal for parents returning to work, the company are offering 22.5 hours a week, which can be completed over 3 or 4 days. Responsibilities Producing monthly management accounts Assisting with creating monthly and yearly budgets and forecasts Analysing cash flow and assess areas of improvement in cash expenditure Provide the sales teams with financial data to assist in the winning of bids for future projects Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, P&L, VAT returns and payroll carried out by more junior members of the finance team Requirements : ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Experience working in architecture, design or construction Previous experience managing people Excellent communication skills Passionate and confident approach Attention to detail A genuine interest in design Start date: ASAP Salary : £55,000-65,000 pro rata Please get in touch with Charlotte for further information Please feel free to share this with any friends or colleagues who may be interested.
