Our client is a highly acquisitive PE backed business who seek to hire a Group Reporting Manager. Our client has acquired 16 entities in 2018 with 3 already acquired in 2019 this role will suit an ambitious accountant looking for a challenging and rewarding career within a finance function made up of high calibre individuals. Responsibilities will be varied and include: Monthly and annual multicurrency consolidation of highly complex and acquisitive Group of companies under IFRS. Acquisition accounting and reporting in highly acquisitive group (IFRS 3). Management of production of multi-currency year end statutory consolidated accounts under IFRS, including Cash Flow reporting. Involvement in the successful introduction of a new Global ERP solution into the Group Reporting framework of SAP BPC consolidation system. Working within the new Global ERP solution Change Management function post implementation of the new ERP system. Month end administration of Group Reporting in SAP BPC Maintenance of the consolidation functionality within the SAP BPC consolidation system e.g. maintaining Chart of Accounts, divisional reporting, new companies, merger accounting. Face to face management of the year end audit process with the external audit provider. Strong and practical understanding and experience of Corporate and Deferred Tax accounting, Finance Lease accounting (IFRS 16, IAS 17), intercompany accounting and control (including provisions for unrealised profit in inventory and Fixed Assets) and Deferred Income. Develop the SAP BPC consolidation system with the introduction of new SAP BPC Service Packs, new statutory and business information requirements, new accounting standards and introduction of new companies. Highly proficient in analysing and questioning reported data for consolidation and management reporting purposes. A salary of £80,000 plus £5k car allowance and 10% bonus
