Senior Finance Business Partner needed for a Technology company in Berkshire £70,000 - £80,000 Bonus and Benefits Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner, looking for a new challenge? Would you like to be a part of a global Technology organisation? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a global Technology company in Berkshire. You will be reporting into the Central Finance Director and responsible for managing the Support P&L along with delivering change in the Support Finance team. You will also need to optimise performance, assuring that company long-term and short-term objectives are achieved. There will also be regular exposure to the Executive Committee. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have: Qualified Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Business Partnering experience in a blue-chip business is essential Strong communication skills with experience in managing relationships, conflicting priorities at a senior level and working with Executive Stakeholders Experience developing and creating solutions to complex issues with flexibility and pragmatism Ability to under pressure and to tight deadlines Must be self-motivated and have strong planning and control discipline skills A little more information about the role: Business partner to the support functions across the business End-to-end ownership of the Support P&L Consolidation of annual budgets, monthly re-forecasts and actuals including opportunities and risk Oversee the process and preparation of the month end/forecast/budget/LRP packs for the Finance and Executive leadership teams with input and help from the Finance Graduate Build strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinating across the finance function Prepare investment committee business cases If you have the skill set required, or would like further information, please apply below.
