Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager - Bristol I am proud of helping a top-leading FTSE organisation, based in Bristol, who, due to an internal re-structure, are looking for a Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to work in a prestigious environment and lead an agile team of experts and have a key role in company's agenda. This position reports directly to the Group Financial Controller. The role will see the successful candidate taking full responsibility for delivering Group consolidation, statutory accounts and financial statements, while providing support to all the reporting units. You will be expected to co-ordinate the Group Audit and drive process improvements and improve efficiency. Key responsibilities will include; Run international consolidation with multiple currencies Conduct and review P&L's, balance sheet and cashflow Manage international stakeholders Design and deliver process improvements Business partnering with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders To be successful in this role, you will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with several years of PQE in a dynamic environment. Experience of managing a team is essential along with strong interpersonal skills. The role will suit someone who has experience of complex international group consolidation with multiple currencies, with a questioning mind and able to get results from their team.
