Financial Planning and Analysis Manager required for a high-growth energy business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will act as a subject matter expert for FP&A and own the budget, forecast and month end process. This role will provide a high-level of ownership and unique exposure to senior stakeholders as well as the opportunity to make an impact through key process improvements. Ideal candidate ACA or CIMA Qualified with 3-5 years PQE Demonstrable experience of analysis, forecasting, and management reporting Advanced excel modelling skills with experience of handling large and complex data sets Experience driving key process improvements within FP&A Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner stakeholders at all levels Key responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the full P&L and balance sheet. Lead month and quarter-end close. Own and develop the rolling forecast model. Lead the development of the annual budget. Lead the development of the five year forecast.
