Senior Financial Controller needed for a FTSE Services company in Hampshire £85,000 - £95,000 Bonus and Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Controller to join a global Services company in Hampshire. You will report directly to the Head of Finance, and although this role does not include direct reports, the role holder will effectively coordinate a team of Business Unit specific Financial Controllers through a dotted line matrix relationship. You will be accountable for the integrity of financial information within the division and that the financial data and metrics are correct. You will also be responsible for making sure that processes across the division are efficient and applied consistently. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have: University Degree. Qualified ACA Accounting qualification from Top 10 Accounting firm. Experience of delivering change across a multi-stakeholder matrix environment. Strong understanding of operational excellence and the implementation of continuous improvement. The ability to clearly communicate across teams and adapt to all levels. Able to effectively coordinate a team. Be able to build strong, professional relationships with customers and across all areas of the business. Ensuring that all financial data and metrics for UK&E are correct. To design and implement effective and efficient processes for reporting and ensuring that these are applied consistently across the division. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence. To build and maintain relationships with the Group Finance, External Auditors and the Business Process Outsource supplier. Accountable for the smooth running of the External audit process and the minimisation of audit issues Maintenance and periodic review of the Delegated Authority Matrix.
