Finance Manager required for a prestigious and high-profile, international Property Group based in Central London. Reporting to the Director of Group Reporting, you will be responsible for the financial management of the Group Digital and Tech services though the provision of key budgeting and forecasting support. You will also have the unique opportunity to own the implementation and development of non-financial and sustainability reporting, a key priority for the Senior Management Team. You will work autonomously on this high-profile project, providing unique exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group. Requirements Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACA) Strong management and financial accounting knowledge Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels Must have a keen interest in sustainability matters, ideally with sustainability reporting experience in a previous role Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the finances of the shared Digital and IT services including budgeting and forecasting Responsibility for the coordination, consolidation and reporting of the Group's monthly cashflow forecasts Own the reporting of non- financial data metrics working with external energy, water and waste consultants to produce half-yearly and annual results of environmental performance Liaise with senior executives to enhance reporting and deliver lasting, measurable commercial and social benefit Seek process improvements and efficiency gains across the group
