Job Purpose To support the continuing financial success of all Divisions within Reed Specialist Recruitment by ensuring that all areas remain compliant in respect of all current legislative, regulatory and contractual requirements. Principle Accountability - Audit Reed offices and external support suppliers on-site against set frameworks - Complete different types of on-site audits as required (e.g. Divisional, Clients, Support Suppliers, ISO etc) with an expectation of being onsite 3-4 days per week - To ensure that all audit reports are modulated/consistent, are of a high standard, and are issued within agreed timescales - To provide feedback and support/training in branches/support suppliers who require development - Provide fair and constructive feedback including the ability to put over difficult messages objectively - Undertake investigations that may arise following complaints - Become an expert in Reed Policies & Procedures, external legislation, - Client Contract requirements and regulatory requirements to ensure a sound understanding of the different and varied compliance requirements across Reed - To keep under review the changing demands of compliance requirements - To keep up to date with external issues that have an impact on compliance standards - Create and update audit tools for new contract wins and amendments to requirements - Manage travel, accommodation (where necessary) and workload effectively to minimise costs and ensure targets are met - Maintain excellent relationships with external regulators, Business Managers, clients, and specialist departments within the Reed organisation - Effective communicator/negotiator with a proven track record of working with colleagues at every level of an organisation Person Specification Relevant experience in audit Experience of quality management and quality control systems Excellent attention to detail
