Your Role To support the improved performance of Enterprise Retention and Cross-sell/Up-sell campaigns, channels and digital journeys and supports financial planning cycles. Continually improves reporting and measurement capabilities, and uses data to identify commercial opportunities to drive volume, revenue and margin. Must have great analytical skills with proven track record of supporting or driving significant commercial outcomes, and must be a competent communicator to stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities: Work with digital squads, trading, and insights, commercial and sales operational leads, to identify and measure key performance indicators. Support financial planning cycles with forecasting of base movements (upgrades, churn, revenue), identifying, and sizing of commercial opportunities to recover budget gaps in revenue or margin. Support regular investigation into detail behind KPI's to identify current and future opportunities and risks. Establish reporting capabilities for Digital Journeys (retention/cross-sell) that enable measurement of commercial outcomes. Identify changes to campaigns and digital journeys (directly or indirectly through squads) to drive improved performance. Identify opportunities to improve performance of below the line marketing campaigns (Email/SMS/MMS/Online) and outbound calling campaigns to customers in line with Customer Value Management Competencies: 4 years' experience in trading or commercial roles. Must be personable and engaging in presenting data and corresponding meaning/story to senior stakeholders. Ability to work in a matrix organisation. Data literate - able to understand/ interpret different data sources and articulate data and insight requirements Can balance multiple work streams, work to tight deadlines and remain cool under pressure.
