Responsibilities:
Assist the Accountant in preparing the Year-end audit file Assisting with Credit Control Assisting with Payroll; Assisting with processing AR and AP invoices Deal with external Auditors Maintenance and development of internal control systems Payments and Treasury Preparation of all grant claims Preparation of Monthly and Year-end Accounts; Process all vat, statutory and other government returns What are we looking for? 2 years experience of working in a busy Accounts office environment Ability to manage own work plan and meet pre agreed deadlines Computer Literate Demonstrate a high level of skill in the use of spreadsheets Experience of using a recognised computerised accounts and payroll system Fully qualified IATI, ATT, or Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA
