Structured Finance Analyst, Modelling Excellent opportunity for an experienced Structured Finance Analyst/Specialist, with a strong understanding of Structured Finance transactions and solid experience of working with financial models to join an international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will build and maintain financial models to support Structured Finance Transactions . Responsibilities will include stress-testing of portfolio cash flow and collateral performance, calculating various portfolio statistics and assisting with Financial Modelling, Waterfalls and Modelling Support. Responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining financial models to support Structured Finance Transactions.
• Programming and reverse engineering financial models according to terms and conditions defined in securitisation documents.
• Stress-testing cash flow and collateral performance to gauge impact to portfolios under adverse market conditions.
• Calculating various portfolio statistics, ratios and thresholds for use in hypothetical trading scenarios and periodic reporting.
• Using SQL and other software to manipulate collateral-related information.
• Responsible for ongoing transaction deliverables for Product (e.g. Financial Models, Waterfalls) and Modelling Support.
• Liaising with internal business partners to ensure the highest levels of client service.
