Finance Business Partner - Financial Planning and Analysis: up to £48,000 Benefits For a complex international organisation, we are recruiting a Finance Business Partner - Financial Planning and Analysis for a 12-month contract. The Finance Business Partner will build relationships with key stakeholders globally and in the UK and will provide reliable forecasts, budgets and commentary on costs. The Finance Business Partner will be a trusted advisor and provide robust challenge to ensure financial resources are managed effectively. This role will also standardise SAP reporting globally and make financial transparency and continuous improvement a key focus. Main Duties: Lead on global costs for the business unit, partnering with overseas teams to resolve shared reporting issues Lead financial month-end management reporting, planning, forecasting and monthly reporting for budgets Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycle for global management costs Work with business stakeholders to support timetable of deliverables for FP&A Design and implement new SAP / WBS structures working with financial control Tackle areas of improvement to ensure accuracy of forecasting is continuously improved Shape the future reporting framework globally and promote consistency Create reporting and MI to support key business decisions Provide expert advice to the Global SMT on trends, analysis and strategic business objectives Review monthly and annual business performance, preparing management reports and variance analysis Deputise for the Head of FP&A as required Person Specification: Qualified or finalist level CCAB accountant Finance Business Partnering and FP&A experience SAP experience is essential, as is excellent Excel skills Financial reporting experience is required for this role as is the exposure of continuous improvement of processes Budgeting, financial planning and forecasting skills are essential Experience of working in a complex, global organisation is essential The Pro-Recruitment Group consists of five distinct brands: Pro-Tax, Pro-Legal, Pro-Finance, Pro-HR and Pro-Marketing.
